As a licensed therapist in Minnesota with over three decades of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My practice focuses on helping clients address social anxiety, shame, guilt, and personal growth challenges. I have extensive expertise in supporting individuals dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, and bipolar disorder.
My approach is deeply compassionate and tailored to each person's unique journey.
