Bethany Williams, LPC
I'm a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over a decade of work experience in the field of Mental Health and Human Services.
I hope to create a therapy space that feels genuine, liberating, fun and real.
I've worked in both state agencies and private practice and I've had the pleasure of learning and experiencing a variety of client issues.
I've been able to serve and support people with disabilities and vulnerable teenagers...people dealing with anxiety, post-partum depression, childbirth concerns, self-worth, and severe and persistent mental illnesses.
I've spent a good portion of my career working in prisons with incarcerated older adults serving life sentences and I now have the privilege of working as a Forensic Interviewer serving victims of child maltreatment and adult survivors of sexual violence.
I care deeply about social justice issues and the inequities in our society impacting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color). My mind and ears are open when to come to client's views, curiosity and their personal journey around spirituality and religion.
I specialize in helping folks have better relationships with themselves, which will in turn lead to better relationships (romantic or otherwise) with others.
I enjoy working with clients who are ready to do the work towards reaching their fullest potential and becoming the most AUTHENTIC versions of themselves.
Additional areas of focus: Intimacy-related issues, Parenting issues, Career difficulties, Depression, Coaching, Compassion fatigue, Blended Family Issues, Codependency, Communication Problems, Control Issues, Divorce and Separation, Family Problems, Fertility Issues, Infidelity, Jealousy, Life Purpose, Multicultural Concerns, Postpartum Depression, Post-traumatic Stress, Pregnancy and Childbirth, Prejudice and Discrimination, Self-Love, Sexuality, Women's Issues, Workplace Issues, Young Adult Issues

She is a REAL person and doesn’t speak to me like she is reading from a manual. Real world help.

Bethany creates a very safe environment to feel comfortable sharing any and everything with her . She hold you accountable and really helps you dive deep into yourself and making connections between past and present , or subconscious feelings . I always get excited when I have a meeting with her because I know growth will come from It and I always finish my sessions with a goal to work on to better understand myself

Bethany is a wonderful therapist! I’ve only had a handful of session but I’m learning a lot about how to control my emotions and deal with the trauma I’ve been bottling up for so long. I’m so blessed to have this lovely woman as a therapist!

Very kind, insightful, attentive and relatable. I always walk away from sessions feeling better, clear, refocused and somehow closer to where I want to be.
