Betty is always focused on what I say and spot on with tips to improve my coping with the big picture And the nitty gritty at the same time

Betty provides me with new ways to look at life and challenges my thinking. She is also accommodative of scheduling and shows that she cares about clients from a long term perspective even though this app facilitates spot therapy. I am enjoying connecting with her.

Betty is easy to talk to. I liked her style of just talking things out as they come. Although we only met once, she gave me tangible tips on homework that I won’t ever forget!

Thank you, Betty!

Betty has helped me make a lot of progress from where I started 6 months back. She helped me work successfully through a variety of my issues across lack of self esteem, childhood trauma, co-dependency tendencies, and more. I really appreciate how candid and straightforward she is on what areas I need to focus on and giving me very helpful methodologies for improvement. She is great and I would highly recommend her!!

Betty is absolutely amazing to work with. From our first session she was so open and caring and made me feel like there was a concrete way for me to move forward, heal, and work towards being great. I feel genuinely lucky to have worked with her and cannot recommend her more as a therapist

I have already begun to recommend better help to my patients when they discharge in-patient rehab as a source for family therapy as the wait times are low and it's so easy to find a therapist that specializes in your particular needs.
