Betty Magnus, LCPC
About me
I have been a counselor since 2000. I have worked with all ages who have a wide range of concerns--anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship issues, communication and men, women and teen issues. I believe we are all going down the river of life. My goal is to help the client navigate from rough waters, into smooth waters. I use the person-centered approach for adults; often concerns needs cognitive therapy. I use more direct with teens and children. I believe that everyone has worth. I will not parent the client, but offer coping skills that meet their needs.
