I just started sessions up again with Beverly after a couple months hiatus and it felt seamless. We picked up right where we left off, she had kept great notes from the last time we spoke, and we were able to dive right in. I’m very appreciative of that!

I love the BetterHelp app because it allowed me to put in the specifics of what I was looking for in a therapist as well as what I needed from my therapist. Beverly was the first profile I reviewed and it matched perfectly. She has helped me get through short term concerns as well as long-term problems even when I didn’t have counseling sessions because she gave me so much knowledge I was able to continue practicing the skills that she had taught me when I was not able to have sessions on a regular basis. I’m excited to begin regular sessions again and I’m happy that she is available for me.
