About me

I am licensed as a professional counselor in the state of Georgia with 15 years of clinical practice. I work with adults who are experiencing a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, thought disorders and addiction. I believe in a holistic, transformative approach to counseling that focuses on clients' strengths. I believe clients have within them what they need to change. I act as a guide to help facilitate that change through compassion and grace. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
