This is my therapist. She doesn’t tell me what I should do like my old therapist I used to drive to. She would just give me answers that I needed, and or advice, which is what I need more as an answers to the questions. I cannot give myself even if I’m the therapist friend she is the best thing best therapist I’ve ever had even if she is a second therapist I’ve ever had. I am very grateful.
