Blake Robbins, LPC
About me
Im a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado who works with athletes, veterans, first responders, and other adults navigating stress, trauma, transition, identity concerns, and relationship challenges. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens in the context of a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and honesty.
I bring experience in outpatient mental health settings, veteran-serving clinical work, work with collegiate athletes, and independent practice. I tailor treatment to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on your needs, I may draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed work, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and other evidence-based strategies.
