I'm a man who writes few words but can talk your ear off if you let me. It's a very good thing that I have Blythe to talk to. No only does she listens but also reminds you that your not alone in this struggle. She has helped me see things about myself that I never realized I did and don't be to hard on myself. She has been a God send to me and I hope she can continue helping everyone with their lives.

My therapist is astonishing and phenomenal. She sets the tone of a no judgment zone. Which makes me feel comfortable to really express myself and pour my heart out without fear. With therapy I’ve learned different ways to approach certain situations. I’ve also learned that BOUNDARIES are important and much needed in my everyday life, it feels great to so no and not feel guilty about it.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Blythe. She is calm, respectful and a great listener. She makes excellent connections between my thoughts/feelings and supports my individual reflection through homework. I feel so much better about myself and life after working with her.

I have never seen a therapist before and Blythe put me at ease immediately. She was able to give me strategies to help right away and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good listener and a wise perspective.
