Life Changing Support - 5/5 Stars

Working with Bonnie over the past 8 months has been one of the most valuable decisions I've ever made for my mental health and personal growth.

When I first started therapy, I was struggling with a severe childhood trauma, chronic anxiety, low self-worth, difficulty setting boundaries in relationships, decision-making, and social anxiety. I often felt anxious, disconnected from my body, and unsure how to move forward.

Bonnie created a safe, non-judgmental space right from the beginning. Her warmth, empathy, understanding, gentle approach, sharp insight made it possible for me to open up about things I had never shared before or seen.

Over our sessions, I've experienced real, lasting change:
- My anxiety is no longer running the show
- I've learned practical tools to ground myself and quickly challenge distorted and catastrophic thinking
- My trust and relationship with God has deepened in areas I've struggled with since childhood.
- I've developed much stronger self-compassion and confidence; I have grown so much and she has listened to me through several trials
- Relationships in my life have improved dramatically because I've learned healthier communication, boundary-setting, and how to choose people who want to know me.
- Old patterns of distorted trauma responses that I've struggled with for 21 years have loosened their grip, and I am present, hopeful, and capable of handling life's ups and downs and releasing control.

I can't recommend Bonnie highly enough, or repay her enough for her time in therapy.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Bonnie is very good at helping me decipher my thoughts and patterns. She checks in on me regularly and is able to pick up where we left off to keep me headed in the direction I want to go. I strongly recommend Bonnie to anyone trying to sort out their own thoughts and feelings.

I worked with Bonnie three years ago during a difficult season, and now I’m back in a new one, and once again, she’s helping me find clarity, strength, and peace. She’s kind, wise, and always makes me feel safe and seen. I’m so grateful for her guidance and steady presence through life’s hardest moments. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have never done therapy before, but Bonnie had been so kind, supportive, and listens to every concern. She then gives tools and advice on how to manage my concerns and is very relatable. She is definitely comforting and easy to open up to, and I usually struggle with that!
