I received my Masters of Science in Social Work from The University of Tennessee, College of Social Work and have over 12 years experience working primarily with adults with Mood Disorders in both group and individual settings. During my career, I have counseled a variety of clients, although I consider my specialities to include treating anxiety, stress, and depression. Brandi is the first therapist I have ever worked with. I was literally going out on a whim to see if this is something that may help. My first therapist didn’t show up to my first video session and I had a sinking feeling that I had wasted my money. Then along came Brandi. She is patient, kind, supportive, and encouraging. She spends the time to ask you lots of questions to see which things may help throughout the app. She sends me multiple worksheets and other ideas to help me throughout the week and gives feedback. I think this app and the right therapist are better than your weekly in person visits because there are so many ways to communicate that take little to no time. I have been doing this for roughly 4 weeks and would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with mental health. This fits my schedule and the ways to incorporate this daily are vast. As for Brandi 10/10. I look forward to my 45 mins a week with her!

I met with Brandi for over a year, and I cannot thank her enough for all she did to help me. This was my first time ever with therapy, and she helped me tremendously throughout one of the toughest periods of my life. I am in a much better place now, and her many different approaches were extremely helpful in finding what worked best for me. I’m so lucky to have found her!

This is my first time every talking to any type of counselor/therapist in a professional setting to work on mental health and Brandi has been so great. She has made me feel so comfortable and is very easy to talk to. We have had 3 sessions and already they have been so helpful to me. She has shared some advice, tools and daily methods that have really helped me focus on some areas I was struggling with.
