This is my first time every talking to any type of counselor/therapist in a professional setting to work on mental health and Brandi has been so great. She has made me feel so comfortable and is very easy to talk to. We have had 3 sessions and already they have been so helpful to me. She has shared some advice, tools and daily methods that have really helped me focus on some areas I was struggling with.
