I am a seasoned clinician licensed in North Carolina with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma , & parenting issues. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, no matter what hardships they've encountered. My therapeutic frameworks are IFS (Internal Family Systems), Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory. In our work together I will help you develop more safety in your relationship with yourself and others, so that you can live more peacefully and connected.
