I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Georgia. I have been practicing in the clinical social work field for 7 years. I graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Masters in Social Work. I have worked with diverse populations that include Military Veterans, adults, and adolescents/young adults.
I specialize in a mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy & solution-focused therapy which works toward helping clients find answers and take ownership of their lives. I specialize in veteran's issues but also treat young adults and adults with Mood Disorders (Depression/Anxiety) and those with occupational and relationship stress & chronic medical problems; & older adults confronting life's changes.
My role is to create a safe and judgment-free environment for individuals to express themselves openly while getting to know themselves and reaching their goals. I work towards inspiring others to break maladaptive patterns that hinder growth and impact their emotional health and wellness.
