Brandon has been my therapist for a little over a year now. My life from the outside in looks about the same however my reaction to life and the things that happen in it are so much healthier. Brandon has helped me work through anger after dealing with sexual harassment at a job. He helps me understand my responsibility in my marriage and has helped me set boundaries while learning to communicate more effectively. He helps with my parenting issues. One of the biggest areas of relief is with my anxiety. I would have panic attacks regularly that I honestly thought were asthma attacks or heart attacks. I have learned to ground myself and take care of me even when I experience a panic attack. My life still has stress and high and low points but I would be completely miserable had I continued to try and go it alone. I’m so grateful for Brandon’s expertise, help and guidance and for the BH platform.

I have always had my doubt about therapy, but after a few session with Brandon I have taken those doubts back. Having Brandon as my counselor has really helped and improve my mood/changes. I feel like he understands me and the advices he offers made me realize I can do something better! I have dodged a lot of arguments with his help. I am so glad and relieved to have found a really amazing therapist who I can feel comfortable with! He is great at being patient with the things I’m not ready to talk about and doesn’t push me off when the time is up. I will recommend Brandon to anyone who is in a similar situation as me or anyone who needs counseling. I am confident I will succeed on being a better me with Brandon’s help.

I thought my counselor was a robot for the first few minutes, but I was very wrong. Brandon is extremely supportive, this was my first attempt at seeking any kind of help and I am very grateful for this app. He does a great job at talking me through situations I'm still thinking about and encourages me to help others. My anxiety is definitely changing for the better.
