About me

Therapy doesn't have to be bad. It's actually a great thing. There are some high moments and some low moments that lead to growth. I've been working with people for the last 8 years to strengthen their sense of self on the path to happiness. There is no one size fits all approach to therapy which is why I tailor every session to you so you get the most out of this experience. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you reach your goals.

I’ve had a hard time finding a good therapist, and Bre is awesome! With my health problems it’s been hard to keep a strict schedule journal entries and therapy sessions, but she’s more than willing to accommodate me. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the help she’s offered me. 10/10

Bre’lyse is easy to talk to and I never feel like I’m being judged when I say something that wouldn’t align with public norms.

Bre'lyse Fuls is a good listener. She helped me connect the dots on some things that I was sort of aware of and other things I just hadn't thought to consider. She makes therapy feel like you got a supportive friend on your side and it made me feel capable of standing up for myself in situations I would have otherwise frozen.

Caring and helpful.

She’s been extremely helpful. In less than a month I feel a lot more sure and complete with myself, though I know I personally have a few more issues to work out. Nonetheless, she’s a lifesaver.
