Breanna Rangel, LPC
About me
I'm Breanna Rangel, a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting clients through life's most challenging moments. I specialize in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, and anger—working with compassion and genuine care.
My approach centers on helping you build self-love, improve communication, and heal from isolation, shame, and guilt. I work with clients facing social anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, attachment challenges, and mood disorders. I'm particularly passionate about supporting women through life transitions, including pregnancy, childbirth, and caregiver stress.
I believe in meeting you where you are with honesty, respect, and a commitment to your growth. My therapeutic style is grounded in understanding the root of what you're experiencing and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. I create a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported as you move toward greater peace and connection.
If you're ready to take that important step toward healing, I'm honored to walk alongside you.
