I think I already wrote a review but I’ll write another one! I love my therapist so much! She has been such a life saver for me over these past few months. I can’t imagine who I’d be had I not found her and this app. I highly recommend her. She’s become somewhat of a really good friend that I look forward to talking to every week.

Dr. Bridges really takes the time to listen to and offers concrete and sound advice and also plans of action in order to help and solve the issues and problems that I am going through. She applauds my successes and also holds me accountable in times where I am not achieving things to the best of my ability. Through working with her I have been able to face my problems head on and come up with tangible actions that eventually see results

I’ve been very happy with Dr. Bridges. She’s so positive but she lets me feel everything I need to. With past counselors I felt they never really listened or gave advice that would help but from the start Dr. Bridges has given me the tools to heal from past trauma. I’ve gained self awareness of my emotions and what they mean. She’s helping me unlock parts of my past that are currently affecting me and helping me resolve the things I never had the chance to at the time. Wonderful therapist that I look forward to seeing weekly in the video option. I feel like I’m finally speaking to a true professional who has lots of experience in what I’m dealing with.

Dr. Bridges has expertise in reading and reviewing your journal, notes and meetings and understanding underlying issues that don’t seem apparent but guides you explore your own self and thoughts so you can learn and explore more about your feelings and your emotions. Couple and family counseling regarding relationships seems to be her expertise and I’m made to feel trust, and confidence in her abilities with understanding me and issues.
