Dr. Bridges is an amazing counselor! She listens to what I have to say and how I feel. She is able to give me advice and tips that I would not have thought about myself. She provides a supportive and friendly third-party view to everything I am going through. If you are looking for a smart and understanding counselor, she is it!

Dr. Bridges has expertise in reading and reviewing your journal, notes and meetings and understanding underlying issues that don’t seem apparent but guides you explore your own self and thoughts so you can learn and explore more about your feelings and your emotions. Couple and family counseling regarding relationships seems to be her expertise and I’m made to feel trust, and confidence in her abilities with understanding me and issues.
