My experiences with Dr. Bridges has helped me so much. She is empathetic, compassionate and also very thoughtful about her responses and suggestions. Dr. Bridges has been great to work with. She listens in a kind, empathetic manner. I feel like she really listens to what I share and understands my concerns. Dr. Bridges is also good at asking the right questions to help me put things in perspective or focus on what’s important. She’s very positive and encouraging to her patients. I feel supported during our sessions and like I can open up about some very traumatic experiences. Her specialized experience with PTSD, panic disorder, and trauma make our sessions much more helpful.

Dr. Bridges has been so good for me. I look back at when I began and it is amazing how far I have come. I had over 30 years of trauma and so many issues. I was ready to give up. Because I had lost all hope. I never believed therapy would help. But Dr Bridges has helped me so much. I am truly grateful to have her.

I've been working with Brenda for the past year. I've worked with other therapists in a traditional in-office setting, as well as through betterhelp, and nobody has helped me with my personal growth as much as Brenda. She has provided me with tools that have empowered me to make changes in my life that I've been unwilling to face for a long time. She really does listen and understand the need of each of her patients and you can see that she is committed to your personal growth and success. She has flexible hours for live sessions which makes scheduling sessions with her a breeze. She's also very responsive and helpful through the chat!

Dr. Bridges meets you where you are. She teaches self care (your on going relationship with yourself), in addition to respecting, creating, and nurturing healthy relationships with others. She gives me a non-overwhelming, guilt free, and moving forward thought process of an environment but also provides a balanced approach of growth and accountability which is so refreshing and leaves me in a positive and productive frame of mind in each and every session. She is, seriously, the whole package and I am so grateful for her!

I’ve been very happy with Dr. Bridges. She’s so positive but she lets me feel everything I need to. With past counselors I felt they never really listened or gave advice that would help but from the start Dr. Bridges has given me the tools to heal from past trauma. I’ve gained self awareness of my emotions and what they mean. She’s helping me unlock parts of my past that are currently affecting me and helping me resolve the things I never had the chance to at the time. Wonderful therapist that I look forward to seeing weekly in the video option. I feel like I’m finally speaking to a true professional who has lots of experience in what I’m dealing with.
