My experiences with Dr. Bridges has helped me so much. She is empathetic, compassionate and also very thoughtful about her responses and suggestions. I truly feel seen and heard by Dr. Bridges and that has helped to build a level of trust that has allowed me to be completely vulnerable about my experiences and struggles in life. Dr. Bridges has been great to work with. She listens in a kind, empathetic manner. I feel like she really listens to what I share and understands my concerns. Dr. Bridges is also good at asking the right questions to help me put things in perspective or focus on what’s important. She’s very positive and encouraging to her patients. I feel supported during our sessions and like I can open up about some very traumatic experiences. Her specialized experience with PTSD, panic disorder, and trauma make our sessions much more helpful.
