Written on Dec 02, 2025 after therapy with Brenda for 5 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, self esteem, and coping with life changes

My first session with Brenda blew my mind. Her knowledge and experience really shows as just sharing a few things about my day to day life and childhood she was able to distinguish what was going on with me and it was shocking, yet on more reflection throughout the week it really all made sense. She was also able to give me tools and Ted talks right away that really helped as well.

Brenda is a kind, caring person who encourages her client to dig deep into their memories and truths, enabling them to accept the past and its issues, while moving forward to a resolution. She is friendly and patient, and seems to get to the main issues quickly even if the client is reticent about uncovering truths and painful memories.
I am benefiting from her help and I am sure I will continue to do so.
