Brenda has been instrumental in helping me grow and heal this year. She is always kind and empathetic listening to my concerns and worries and has allowed a safe space for me to work through my thinking and emotions or feelings. She provides a welcoming space for us to talk and is always willing to provide constructive feedback or strategies as needed. I wouldn’t have made it through many difficult moments without her support this past year.

Brenda has been helpful thus far; largely just listening to my issues in a nonjudgmental way and offering insights or asking question. I have appreciated the outlet.
