About me
Hello, and welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I am a Licensed Professional Counseling in Arizona with eight years of professional experience supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges. I work with clients who are navigating stress, anxiety, parenting concerns, life transitions, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and career-related difficulties.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and experiences. Each person brings unique strengths into the therapeutic process, and together we can explore ways to use those strengths to move through challenges and create meaningful change.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it takes courage to reach out for support. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
You can find more about my background by clicking my name above. I check messages a few times per day (Mon-Thurs) and do my best to respond promptly, though I appreciate your patience when I’m attending to other clients or responsibilities.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
