I provide professional, confidential evaluations and counseling for individuals, children and families and couples utilizing effective, individualized research driven treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT and ACT. I specialize in diagnosing and treating children and adolescents suffering with emotional, behavioral and mental health issues and substance use disorders.
I work with couples and families struggling with relationship conflicts, adjustment to divorce, pre-marital counseling, infidelity, anxiety, parenting issues, co-dependency and addiction recovery as well as complicated PTSD/trauma recovery and establishing healthy boundaries, healing past and present trauma wounds and complicated grief issues.
