A good therapist that listens. Your sessions will be more than talk therapy as he has experience in CPT, ADHD, and trauma.

It took only a couple sessions for Dr. Womble to begin organizing a pretty complicated personal history and current state of affairs to more manageable pieces so we could immediately start making progress. His approach is thoughtful and definitely designed to serve the individual's learning style so that their priorities and concerns can be addressed effectively. He isn't afraid to push back on unhelpful thought patterns but does it in a way that still preserves the safety of the person, and if they've signaled that certain topics or words are too difficult for the time-being he respects those boundaries and uses other approaches or language to address the thought pattern. He also tailors his approach in the platform to a pattern and rhythm that will work best for the client. Truly an amazing therapist.

I've really been enjoying working with Dr. Womble. This is my second experience with therapy and the first one was a horrible fit. Dr. Womble listens, asks the right questions, and gives great guidance to help me work through my issues. I highly recommend him and the betterhelp platform!
