I have a master’s degree in Counseling with a focus on professional counseling and marriage and family therapy. Since 2009 I have worked providing individual, couples, and group counseling. I spent the first half of my career working with individuals and families affected by substance use and the last several years I have worked in a private practice setting helping people with a variety of mental health concerns. While there are very few issues I have not worked with, I have spent a significant amount of time with those working to overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use disorders, PTSD, stage of life adjustments, and parenting stressors.
My experience over the last 11 years has taught me to know my clients first. There are several theoretical approaches to providing counseling, but there is no one size fits all approach. My first goal is to know my clients and what might suit them best. I view my role as a guide, a helper, a teacher. I believe each individual and their autonomy is to be respected. Every tool used in therapy should be something you can use in a way that fits your life. I believe every person has what it takes to overcome the trials they face in life.
I know reaching out for help can be uncomfortable for a variety of reasons, but I’m glad you took the step. I have hope we can work together to make it worth your investment. I look forward to getting started.

Bri knows me and challenges me through her compassionate coaching to work on my tools when I most need them to help myself in dealing with testing times. I wholeheartedly recommend Bri as the one to go to when times are mentally and emotionally challenging.
Bri has helped me for 14 months get my life back on track, and excited for the present and the future. I never thought I would have made it this far, but Bri helped me realize my potential and how strong I really am. I highly recommend Bri if you have anxiety and life changes you are trying to manage. Thanks for everything, Bri!!
Bri is patient with me and seems to know me better than I do sometimes. She is always there for me and randomly sends me messages of encouragement.
Thank You Bri and Better Help
I solidly respect the work Bri does with me and feel respected and heard. Bri is highly professional and holds me accountable for the work while respecting the work presented. The level of trust felt and work achieved is unmatched by any counseling experienced in the past. Thanks, Bri!
Bri has been super warm and personable, which has been amazing to have in a therapist.
Bri is definitely someone who makes it feel safe to open up and I highly recommend her.
Bri is a warm, present, and thoughtful therapist. She collaboratively works with me on problem solving as well as listens actively - she makes me feel very seen. I would (and have!) recommended Bri to anyone!
Bri is helping me deal with things I am not able to alone. She is kind, non-judgmental, she gently guides my self-awareness without being pushy. If I am not ready to go there yet, she senses that and we come up a level. I look forward to my sessions with her very much. I have been to other counselors in my life, but I have to say Bri is my favorite!
Bri makes you feel like you have known each other for years. She really listens and cares about what you have to say. I always look forward to talk to her every week.
Her tips that she has sent me have been very helpful!!
