He’s the exact type of therapist I need. He allows me to get it all out and then simplifies or scaffolds the process for me. His suggestions are great, I’m the one who needs to fully accept therapy. But, he makes it seem like it’s just a conversation about it life.

Brian has been a great to work with. He's always very open to everything I want to delve into and he gives me plenty of space and time to open up which makes me feel like he really cares rather than this just being another job to clock in and out of. His support, attentiveness and patience helps me open up and I appreciate him for being there for me like he has.
