About Me
I am a clinical social worker with 20 years of post -graduate experience helping clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, living with grief and loss, coping with trauma, crisis and disasters, issues facing first responders and challenges relating to LGBTQ- identifying individuals and couples.
When working with clients, I take a solution-focused, trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Everyone deserves to be listened to, treated with respect and provided with opportunities to live a meaningful, joyful and productive life.
I’d like to learn more about you and hear from you about what you would like to get out of our work together. We can find a time for us to meet and start talking more about your hopes and goals - and how we can work together to make those hopes a reality.
I look forward to talking with you more.

I have been working with Brian for a couple weeks. He gets back to my messages in a timely matter and has helped with my anxiety and other issues I have went to him about.
Brian has been great with reading my messages and then when we meet up for our session, nails it on the head with what is going on. I am already very analytical, but he has given me other things to think about and other ways to see things. He has been very helpful in working through my issues.
Wonderful counselor - very supportive and helps lead me to where I need to be!
Brian is extremely genuine, professional, prompt, and kind. Highly recommend! Thank you, Brian. You're making a huge difference in my life.
