Welcome - I am looking forward to meeting you. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Maryland.

I specialize in supporting diverse individuals navigate complex emotional issues. I am client centred in my approach. I was trained by leading experts in the fields of trauma, depression, and anxiety. I bring a rich experience to my work.

Whether you are seeking support in life's transitions or wanting to address previous trauma, I can tailor my approach to work with you. I have also specialised in multicultural work and lived and worked in over 20 countries as a professor and clinician. I have extensive experience addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.

Drawing from evidence-based practices, I collaborate with clients to build self-love, improve interpersonal skills, and support healing from past traumas. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, overcome barriers, and create meaningful, positive change in your life.

I’ve lived in Asia for more than 10 years so I have rich multicultural experiences to draw from.
