Brian has really helped give me tools to do better and deal with anxiety, worry and stress in a way I can deal with the real world and stay calm.

After two sessions, I feel very comfortable opening up to Brian. He listens well, gives advice when necessary but also allows me the freedom to come to my own conclusions. I meander a bit when I get talking and while he allows me to do so he is also very good at bringing the focus back to where he knows I want it to be.
