Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Brian Kees. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

After two sessions, I feel very comfortable opening up to Brian. He listens well, gives advice when necessary but also allows me the freedom to come to my own conclusions. I meander a bit when I get talking and while he allows me to do so he is also very good at bringing the focus back to where he knows I want it to be.

Brian has helped me see my behaviour and thought process in a different way. He has given me the tools to change it and see things for what they are. I am no longer anxious but if I do, I can now see how to break the cycle and relax. I am so glad I found Brian and BetterHelp.
