I am Brian Kees, a Board-Certified Psychotherapist. I have worked with individuals, groups, and families in private practice, hospitals, and addiction recovery centers. My therapeutic approach is eclectic. Depending on the individual and issue, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Brian has been extremely supportive of my issues. I have from day one been able to open up to him with my deeper issues and get right to what has been bugging me / causing pain with me for so many years. The only thing I regret is not starting this sooner.
