Brian is very insightful and helpful. I feel comfortable discussing complicated issues with him, and I think he’s helping me progress on issues that have lingered for decades.

I am relatively new to counselling and was a bit dubious when first signed up. But Brian has been great! He is very understanding and is a fountain of knowledge. He has helped me to better understand my thought processes and helped me through some very hard to navigate situations. He is also personable and very friendly.
Brian is just good at his job, he patiently listens and guides you to understanding yourself better. He explains concepts simply without pressuring you to apply those concepts into your situation. I have confidence in Brian’s ability to help others as he has helped me.

Brian has been my psychotherapist for the past 6 months. From the beginning, I noticed how good he is at what he does. Right off the bat, during our first conversation, he started asking me important questions, that really made me think and helped me find out things about myself. And this stayed, every single week. Every session with Brian has been a very insightful one, and I am very grateful to have had all of them.
Brian really cares about personal well-being, is person-centered, he readily gives relevant exercises to work with, and he makes sure to get back to things that were discussed before, to not miss important details. He also points out positive things, is encouraging and always has a way to finalize/summarize a meeting so you know what you spoke about and what the learning point was.
I can really recommend Brian. I find him a very easy going, genuine and friendly person, who truly commits to the people he works with.
Even though I have decided to stop my sessions for now (he's helped me made incredible progress), I really hope to be able to work with Brian in the future, may I feel the need to talk with a psychotherapist again.

I have been doing therapy with Brian for over 2 months, working on anger management, relationship issues and general stress and anxiety. I was very skeptical going into therapy for the first time but I was lucky enough to be matched with Brian. He has always made me feel very comfortable and has a great understanding of how to help me deal with my issues and how to support me through them. He has such a friendly personality and I could not recommend him more.
He’s awesome tells me what to do and I’m planning on making him my primary counselor.
Brian is so patient, understanding, and non judgmental. He's honest when needed and extremely supportive. He helped me deal with my panic attacks that I hardly feel the same symptoms as before. We're still in the healing process and I'm sure with him I'll have all my concerns solved.

In the few weeks I've had with Brian he has helped me to identify the faults in my thought patterns and given me various different ways to help combat and correct them. Based on the things I have told him he has introduced me to concepts that I have resonated deeply with and as a result have found helpful in trying to change myself for the better.
