It’s like you are the driver of your car, you own the car, you take care of it, you know it well inside and out, you are in charge of where you drive it, and you have chosen me to be a passenger. I am here to help you navigate the journey you have chosen to take… what is your desired destination? Where do you wish to go? I want to help you get there. We will have a map (you get to help create it!) on our journey, and it will consist of various directions for you to choose from. I will be here to provide encouragement and accountability to stay the course while also helping you stay mindful of current surroundings and road conditions.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and currently available to work with anyone who resides in the state of Oklahoma. My education includes a master's degree in Community Counseling with a Psychology major and a Child Development minor. I have 12 years of experience counseling and collaborating with a wide range of individuals from various backgrounds and experiencing a wide range of concerns including: Anxiety, Stress Management, Depression, Grief, Self-esteem, Foster care & Adoption issues, Anger management, Parenting issues, Teacher support & classroom management.
I am interested in helping anyone of any age, background, or beliefs navigate and explore their personal experiences and perceptions. She sets up a great rapport before really helping you delve into the hard stuff. She asks a lot of self discovery questions and gives resources to help deal with what is going on. She goes above and beyond to check in during the week and makes sure I am getting what I need out of my therapy. I really like her technique and ability to help me by asking questions and giving resources to get me to better understand my own self and my trauma.
For me personally, Brianna does a really good job of acting as an impartial and helpful sounding board. It is unbelievably helpful to have an outlet to talk to that is healthy and unbiased. She responds promptly, has helped keep me accountable for maintaining our meetings despite my crazy busy schedule and has been supportive and logical in helping me lay out the way my brain is processing my thoughts. My sincere thanks to her!
Brianna Auge is a really great counselor, she really helps me think through every situation. What I really like is the worksheets she gives really makes me think about things I could be doing better or different ways I can look at situations. 10/10 very helpful.
