About me
Therapy should always feel like a safe and cooperative experience and I take pride in ensuring that my clients feel well-equipped to manage their difficulties when they leave our sessions. I take a collaborative and holistic approach with my clients to help them assess what is most important to them in every aspect of life so they can lead happy and healthy lives. When we understand our values, we are then able to alter our behaviors to align with those values and decrease overall feelings distress.
I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies that have been shown to create lasting change for clients. While I provide therapy services for many different issues, I specialize in helping individuals who have difficulties with sleeping, weight loss, anxiety, and stress.
