My experience has offered me the opportunity to work with clients in a variety of settings and life challenges. I specialize in working with women of all ages going through life transitions, relationships, parenting, or other life stressors.
Therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You bring your life experience and insight, and I bring new perspectives and practical strategies.
