Bridget is easy to talk to, doesn't interrupt and I don't feel like I'm being judged. I feel very comfortable sharing my issues and she has given me helpful information and worksheets to give extra insight and tools. I'm so happy I took the plunge and now wish I did it sooner.

I've only had a few sessions so far but She has been incredible in offering coping mechanisms and ways to work around my anxiety. She asks thoughtful questions that help me understand an issue from a different POV. 10/10, love her.
