Bridgette Danielle Leyva, LCSW
About me
As a Texas and New Mexico mental health therapist I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and self-confidence challenges. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, military service members, veterans, law enforcement professionals, and first responders, recognizing the unique experiences and stressors these populations face.
As a military veteran, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my work. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, authentic, and strengths-based, incorporating humor when appropriate to create a comfortable and supportive therapeutic environment where healing and growth can thrive.
