Bridgez English, LCMHC
About me
Hello! My name is Bridgez English. I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a therapist for over the past five years working with individuals as young as seven years old up to individuals in their seventies with everything in between! I received my Master's in Education Degree (M.Ed) from the University of Utah in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and attending Westminster College for my bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
I approach therapy with the mindset that you are the expert in your own life and hope to work together with you to navigate the different challenges you are experiencing and work to modify my approach for each person by recognizing you as the unique individual you are. I specialize in areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self esteem issues, and emotional regulation. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
I would be honored to join you on your therapy journey together. As Linda Ellerbee said, “What I like most about change is that it’s a synonym for “hope.” If you are taking a risk, what you are really saying is, “I believe in tomorrow and I will be part of it.”

After a couple of months of having weekly sessions with Bridgez. I have been able to learn a lot about myself and live a very happy relationship with my partner, due to the changes that I was able to make through our sessions and conversations. Bridgez not only listens but also approaches you with a lot of positive feedback and encouragement.
