About me

Hello! My name is Britt and I would like to partner with you to take on the challenges you may be struggling with. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strengths-based therapeutic approach. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship so that together we can form the changes and progress you bravely came to make.

My approach is to always emotionally meet you (even virtually!) where you are to ensure I am not pushing an agenda that does not vibe well with you. These challenges, decisions and roadblocks are hard enough so it is important you can trust that I am here as your rock and support without judgment. My approach is warm, compassionate and honest to allow for true exploration of these scary and challenging experiences and feelings.

I attended Fordham University in New York City then headed back home to Colorado in 2016 to establish my therapeutic practice. My passion is working with those struggling with grief and loss, substance use, anxiety and depression as well as life's challenges. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Together we can explore through various individualized approaches how to make the changes you desire.
