About me
You may be feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling with anxiety or depression, or trying to adjust to life changes that feel difficult to manage on your own. If you’re living with a chronic illness, you may also be carrying emotional stress that others don’t always see.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in North Carolina and Virginia, with five years of experience in behavioral health and medical settings. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic illness or ongoing health concerns.
My approach is supportive, practical, and goal-oriented. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. For clients who prefer it, I can also incorporate faith-based perspectives into the counseling process.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, gain clarity, and develop the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence.
I believe therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process, and I encourage clients to stay curious, open, and engaged as we work together toward meaningful change.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I’m here to help.
