I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Mississippi, Maine, and Utah with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns through the years, such as domestic violence survivors, children and families in the foster/adoption system, individuals with chronic illness, those in need of end of life planning, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and severe psychological, emotional, and intellectual difficulties.
My style of practice tends to be very open and inviting. I use a mix of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, along with other approaches while working with my clients. It is always my goal to be able to tailor individual sessions to meet the needs and goals of a specific client on a case by case basis.
It takes strength and courage to pursue a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. I will be happy to join you on your journey, to support and empower you as you move towards your ultimate goals.
I look forward to working with you!
