Brittany Burke, LCSW
About me
I connect with individuals facing challenges in emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and criminal justice involvement. Collaboratively we will set goals and learn skills to manage and/or reduce symptoms. We will explore what brings you to therapy and create a treatment plan for your individualized needs.
I will help guide you through your journey to wellness to improve quality of life. I use active listening, validation, and empathy to create a safe space that is nonjudgmental to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have advanced knowledge in helping individuals with criminal justice involvement or other legal issues.
It can feel overwhelming to navigate these challenges alone, but you don't have to. Taking the first step toward therapy is a brave act of self-care, and I am here to walk alongside you as you find your footing. My goal is to ensure you feel truly heard and supported as we work together to build a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Brittany Burke. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Brittany always makes me feel like I am important and that we can talk about whatever is going on in my life at that moment. She always makes sure I know that I can reach out to her if needed between sessions. I never feel rushed or like I am on the clock. I feel like Brittany genuinely cares about me.
