About me
The decision to seek therapy takes a lot of courage and is a commendable sign of strength. Having a safe and supportive space to process the challenges of life is important.
I am licensed to practice as a Professional Clinical Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in the state of Missouri, Ohio, and Kentucky, as well as licensed to practice as a Professional counselor in the State of Texas. I am a National Certified Counselor, a Board Certified Tele-mental Health provider, a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, and a Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA). I received my PhD from the University of Cincinnati in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2022, as well as a Master of Science in Education in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton in 2016. I have 10 years of professional work experience which includes individual, group, and team therapy and consulting with adults, adolescents, young adults, athletes, and coaches who present with various concerns such as depression, grief, anxiety, performance anxiety, trauma, multicultural concerns, identity, finding balance, life transition, career exploration, and self efficacy.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will work to create a therapeutic plan that best meets your individual needs, goals, and strengths. Dr. Collins has been incredibly helpful with helping me connect the dots. I appreciate her giving me the space to speak without interruption and offering another perspective to a situation. When I reflect upon my sessions, I feel I have more and more tools to help me get to a place where I can ultimately feel free.

So far my sessions have been giving me the constant that I’ve been looking for!!! For the first time in so long I have felt seen and heard ! Dr Collins is wonderful in what she does ! We laugh , talk and uncover so much during our sessions ! It’s such a breath of fresh air !
