Brittany Merz, LMFT
About me
I am licensed in North Carolina with over 10 years of professional work experience. I recognize that life can trip us up sometimes and it can be very beneficial to talk through things with someone who is not involved in the ins and outs of your everyday life who will also keep everything confidential. I enjoy helping clients who are dealing with self-confidence, body image, pregnancy/postpartum issues, stress and anxiety, and depression. I also have an MBA, so I can help with working through self-development and career trajectory plans. I believe therapy can be a great tool for helping achieve your full potential in all areas of life. Reach out and let’s get started!
