About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist as well as a Licensed Addictions Counselor. I have over 8 years experience as a Clinical Therapist and about 4 years in the addictions field, but many years working in prevention. I have worked in Early Childhood (ages 0-5), with children and adolescents. I have worked in both the community and residential setting. I interned at the LGBTQ+ center.

I am a pretty direct in my therapy approach but am also respectful, compassionate, warm, and welcoming. I will work with you to establish goals and a treatment plan that is tailored to help you meet your goals.

I applaud your bravery for seeking help. I will work to support you on this journey to a healthier life.
