Brittany Reece, LCSW
About me
Welcome and thank you for checking out my page! We all experience some unwanted emotions throughout life...but sometimes we just need a little extra help. AND THATS OK! I am here to offer a safe space for you, no matter what you are facing at this time. When working with me, you are entering a judgement free relationship with unconditional support. I am not looking to tell you what to do, I am here to help guide you and join you on your journey in becoming a better version of you.
The majority of my experience has been working with clients impacted by depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. I do not believe there is a 'cookie cutter' approach to therapy and I will strive to find the best therapeutic interventions for YOU and your specific needs. For those clients seeking a way to process trauma, I am EMDR trained and love seeing how this treatment can be life changing for folks.
I am open to interacting with you in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. Whether it is video, phone, or text, this is your space and your time and I want it to be most beneficial for you. I look forward to working with you!
