As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor I believe in providing all of my clients with the best therapy possible by using an approach that fits who they are as a person. I want my clients to have a safe, open space to be themselves, ask for what they need, and feel comfortable every time they come in. Therapy is a place of vulnerability that only works if the client can fully engage in the process and feel confident in their therapist. I strive to help clients reach a space where real healing is achieved and to have them leave sessions feeling understood and closer to their goals.
While I do provide more traditional talk therapy to those that prefer that therapeutic method, I also believe in trying other approaches to healing. My goal is to provide other paths to recovery and healing by combining different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual. I see my clients holistically and care for their overall health and wellness. Having an integrative approach helps me to meet my clients where they are at in a non-judgmental space and find an approach that works for them.
In my career I have worked with adults, children, families, and couples all with diverse backgrounds and mental health concerns. I have specialized in autism, anxiety, depression, crisis, parenting skills and relationship repair. My passion is in therapy and helping others to find the quality of life they are looking for.

I have been delightfully surprised by online counseling - my expectations were that it would likely be good, but perhaps the lack of in person connection would be a challenge over time. I have to say I completely underestimated this form of counseling - it is fantastic. And I have to say the biggest impact has been working with Brittany. She is present, kind, engaged, thoughtful and a great match for what I was looking for. I feel like she meets me where I am, listens - and offers great perspective to help me see and experience my situation from a new vantage point. I am so grateful to work with her. She is the real deal!
