About me

My name is Brittney Campos and I am licensed therapist (LPC) in Texas and Oregon. My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive and encouraging space from the very beginning. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I strive to foster a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe, accepted, and heard. I offer a more conversational approach, hoping to build an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and more at ease.

I value creating a non-judgmental atmosphere where you can let your guard down and show up as your authentic self. I will offer unconditional positive regard and am here to support you as you move through your unique process of healing and growth.

While my primary therapeutic approach is Person-Centered, I understand that no two individuals are the same and will draw from a variety of modalities to tailor my approach to meet you where you are.

I have experience working with individuals navigating stress and anxiety, grief, depression, self-esteem, and just life transitions. I truly believe that you are the expert of your own story. I am here to support you and to walk alongside you on your path forward.
