About me

Welcome to BetterHelp! I am a counselor, licensed in Indiana with 8 years of experience. I enjoy helping individuals achieve personal wellness. I am experienced with addressing challenges such as family conflict, stress management, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma experiences. I also have experience working with young adults as they take on the next chapter of their lives.

I obtained my Bachelors Degree at the University of Notre Dame and Masters of Social Work at Indiana University. I believe that each person is an expert of themselves and what they need. I start by getting to know the individual and use approaches of Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy. My goal is to help you work through the barriers that keep you from being your best self.

There is nothing simple about life and it can be hard to know where to start when things feel overwhelming. I'd love to partner with you on your journey to wellness!
