About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri with over 6 years of professional work experience. I have been a School Social Worker for 7 years with experience in working with children aged 3 through 19 years old. In addition to working with adolescents, I work with school staff and their parents/guardians to help with student success. I also work with a local women’s shelter providing therapy and parenting classes for the women seeking shelter from domestic violence.

I am also an Advanced Certified Trauma & Resilience Practitioner helping clients work through traumatic events specifically trauma that occurred during childhood. When I am not working, I am training my community through the Master ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) Interface to help communities and individuals find resiliency despite going through traumatic experiences.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
