I would highly recommend Brooke. I have been working with her for a short time, but in that short time she has offered many helpful exercises catered to my needs. She is consistent and checks in with me very often. She is supportive and understanding of the issues that I am trying to overcome. I look forward to working with her more.
Brooke responds in a timely manner and gives me tools I can use not only for the current issue but with everyday life. She is very helpful. I am still fairly new but so far she’s been a great help.
I have recommend Better Help to other Veterans that can't make it to counseling and they are struggling in life. I wished there was a discount for military or a special rate seeing we are mostly on limited income if not rated total and permanent. I have been doing better as an Veteran with an MST and not wanting to carry the label PTSD..
I’m thankful for being able to express my concerns and feelings in a safe environment without being judged and getting support as well.
Brooke has been so extremely helpful. She is so insightful and her advice/tips have helped me through panic attacks, fatigue caused by depression, and PTSD. She has also greatly helped me with my low self esteem, which is something I’ve struggled with for 10+ years.
I have only been counselled by Brooke for a short time but she has been very helpful and supportive so far in helping me understand my issues and giving me practical ways to manage my anxiety symptoms and communicate better with those close to me.
Brooke was really nice and understanding of the things I go through, she quickly found the main aspects that I need to work on and sent me necessary resources. She is really helpful and kind and I definitely recommend her as a therapist. :)
Brooke has been supportive to me through some rough patches. She also helped me identify that I suffered trauma, grief and burnout and has helped me with a coping strategy. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring yet practical counselor.
Brook has been very caring and inviting. She encourages me to open up and makes sure that I feel comfortable.
She is attentive and willing to go the extra mile to help. I couldn't be happier with a therapist, and highly recommend her for anyone looking for care!
Brooke is amazing!! She listens and understands my point of view and gives me plenty of ideas and thoughts to think about.
I am very comfortable talking to Brooke. I find her reliable and she tries to understand what I need. I recommend her :-)
Brooke has been a great help.
I’ve not had very long working with Brooke, but from everything I have experienced so far she is exactly what I needed! She takes the time to listen to everything I tell her and thoughtfully responds. Even when my schedule is crazy and I sometimes forget to respond, she still checks up on me occasionally which I appreciate a lot. I feel like she truly cares about my mental health and helping me to a regain control of my thoughts and emotions to be able to experience happiness in my life again. I know it’s not gonna happen over night but Brooke has definitely given me tips and advice to start me on the right path.
Brooke is incredibly supportive and offers wise words during times when I need a non-anxious, differentiated presence in my life. She sees things in my life with a clarity that sometimes eludes me because of the skewed view I have of things due to the nature of my illness. She is consistent--she's there when she says she will be, and she's been a lifeline in times of deep darkness in my life. I am and will be forever grateful for having Brooke in my life.
She’s been a life saver!
So far so good. I have already recommended BetterHelp to my niece. I can’t control her decisions but at least she knows there’s always someone to talk to.
I love Brooke's tips. They're simple enough that I can apply it on my daily life. She listens to me enough, but always direct me to the important parts of my problems. What I like also is she didn't belittle my problem. I don't have an extremely devastating problem compared to others, I guess, I'm from a good supporting environment, but she addresses my problems accordingly. Thank you.
I am 51 years old and started therapy (off and on, more on than off) when I was 28 years old. I have never had a therapist give me REAL, USEFUL ways to deal with my issues before. It has always been, "And how does that make you feel?" or "Your feelings over the things that have happened are valid." Ok, that's great, they're valid...help me move on. No one has in the past. Ms. Bowen really has! She gives me tools and strategies that I can use to live with my issues, AND function, while validating my feelings. I went outside of my home, without anxiety and no terror feelings, for the first time this past weekend, in ten years.
Brooke was very genuine, seemed like she really cared and responded quickly.
Brook is very responsive and gives me options to think through my challenges.
I have just started working with Brooke, but I can already tell how knowledgeable she is! She really does have lots of tips, tricks, and ideas that really help me out! It is so nice to have someone who is always there for me when I’m going through a rough time!
Very knowledgeable in her craft and always stays in touch and double checks with you. Willing to adapt to accommodate any mental quirks I had too.
I love that I can express myself and have someone that understands.
Brooke was a wonderful counselor. her suggestions and methods were extremely helpful.
My counselor is Brooke Bowen - she has been very compassionate, non-judgmental, neutral, and helpful. She provides a lot of useful information regarding each concern or topic that we discuss. She checks in with me roughly twice per day, and I feel like she has my best interests at heart. I've connected better with her than with any other therapist I've had in my past.
Thank you and I’ll be back when life settles down.
Brooke has and continues to help me with many issues, she is kind, patient and fully understands. I'm a difficult case, but she took me on in her stride and went with it, I've felt really comfortable talking to Brooke and it feels like I'm talking and actually getting help from another human for once, she is simply amazing. I hope to continue being her client despite my struggles ongoing, it is a battle and I don't make it easy but Brooke has been there for me thus far!
Brooke has been great! She has given me the tools I need to feel better on the inside and is always there when I need her.
Brooke's really kind hearted and I enjoyed talking to her! She's super positive and really great.
Brooke has really helped me. She is thoughtful and understanding, and full of good ideas to help make progress in my counselling sessions.
Brooke is very patient, and kind.
Absolutely what I needed. Very clear instructions and friendly approach.
5 stars she's a sweetheart!
Considerate, helpful and accommodating of my schedule. Great experience and highly recommended.
Great listener and is always available to help
She is very helpful and honest in her answers to my questions on how to handle difficult situations. She makes you feel comfortable and like your feelings matter. I would absolutely recommend her!
Brooke has been in frequent contact, had an optimistic attitude, and took cues from what I shared with her to suggest a set of mental wellness practices that have had a rapid positive effect.
have only just began my counselling but yes so far so good!
Thank you for your assistance, Brooke!
