About me

Welcome! I am a mental health counselor licensed in Washington State. I've worked with adult clients for over 10 years, in private practice and other clinical settings (agencies, medical clinics). I often work with client concerns of anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and grief and loss. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy: the idea that our feelings and actions are driven by our thoughts.

When we become overwhelmed, we can lose sight of our own sense of self; therapy is an opportunity to gain perspective about you and your world. Our work together will be about identifying your struggles, strengths, and goals; then applying solutions that are useful and practical to you.

You already possess a wisdom about yourself that will make itself known in our sessions. I encourage you to be curious; it’s the most immediate path to success!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Bruce Hall. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Although I've only met Bruce two times to date, he is a good listener and has the ability to accurately assess situations very well. I look forward to future meetings where I can learn behavior adaptation skills to increase my quality of life.

Bruce is a very active listener and offers good feed back. He is able to identify issues and point them out in a way that helps me see my own roadblock. He is non-judgemental and encouraging.

Bruce has been very helpful. I have had so many challenging things recently pop up that have been a struggle. As well as some items that have required time and tools to better identify how to face them. Bruce has been able to help me better than I even hoped going into this process. He has been extremely patient, supportive, and very easy to communicate with. I appreciate his help immensely.
