About Me

I have enjoyed helping people despite what they have been through and sometimes feel about themselves for about eight years. I get that the emotions we feel are sometimes related to how we misperceive ourselves while simultaneously struggling to figure out how to be effective, some people choose to spend their whole life letting their emotions get the better of them and dictate what they feel that they have to do in the world. You however by signing up for better help are looking for a counselor and are choosing to show up and gain insight while trying to figure out what to do despite how you may feel. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about better help and of course would be honored to help you sort through the confusing jargon of mental health with confidence regardless of what you are wrestling with.

Bryan was extremely helpful for me. He was able to phrase concepts in ways that made sense to me, and met me where I was instead of trying to fit me into some predefined box, which a lot of people tend to do as a result of my ADHD. He provided methods to me which I could use to disrupt my autopilot and really act with intention instead of rolling with unhelpful coping mechanisms. I strongly recommend Bryan to anyone who is experiencing the same issues!

Bryan was extremely impressionable and empathized with my situations in the most scientific of manners! Not only did he help me understand my feels emotionally, but biologically- explaining how our brains and bodies coexist and function, and how to train myself mentally and physically to overcome obstacles.

Bryan is amazing at what he does! I joined BetterHelp thinking that it would take me months to work through my challenges, but working with Bryan after a couple weeks I saw great improvement in my mental health. He has a very calming presence and listens very well to anything you have to say. The excersises he recommended worked wonders for my negative thoughts and helped me change my perception in a matter of weeks as opposed to months! I cant recommend Bryan enough!

I’ve participated in in-person therapy prior to seeing Bryan on better help, and upon joining the app saw Bryan weekly for a few months. He helped me tremendously. His style is relaxed and casual, but his comments are pointed, enlightened, and informative. He also gave me just enough space to talk through some things and come to some valuable insights on my own. I would recommend talking to Bryan if you are in need of working some issues out along the stress, anxiety, depression, or family matters axis.

In the month that I have been seeing Bryan, I already feel like there is already a little less pressure and stress on my mind. I am very picky when it comes to my counselors and will move on right away if I don't feel like the fit is working for me.
