I enjoy helping people understand what makes it is hard for them to change while empathetically challenging them to have healthier sense of self. There are so many myths about mental illness and confusing terms about emotional health we are all drowning in a sea of information some good and some unhelpful . I know I was when I was diagnosed with a mental illness. I would love to help you cut through all of that with some basic science information that a fifth grader can understand , as well as provide a relationship meant to help you feel equal in worth. While I enjoy helping anyone regardless of diagnosis and what is going on. I seem to have a knack for helping people who are suffering from Post Traumatic stress disorder and Bipolar Disorder . I would be honored to be your counselor regardless of what hand life has dealt you or the circumstances that you find yourself in at this moment in your life .

Because it’s been about 25 years since I’ve had any therapy, it was difficult to know what to expect. Now, I can say that I’m more than pleased not only with the service platform but with my counselor! Bryan has demonstrated the up most active professionalism as he engages and routinely shows the care & concern that only comes from a five star service! I’d gladly recommend Bryan to anyone who is looking for great quality support from a service platform with ample resources offered. My hat is off to Bryan in phenomenal understanding & his engagement!
I like how he listens to what I say and helps me understand where the emotions come from.
Bryan has been a great counselor; I wish I could have stayed with him forever! Very attentive and helped me deal with many irrational thoughts, and come up with logical and reasonable responses to what was happening in my brain and in my surroundings. I owe him bigtime, and Bryan, I wish you the best!!
Though I’ve only seen Bryan for a few weeks I already feel confident and comfortable that I have someone with great expertise and great tools to help me with my issues.
I only had a couple of sessions with Bryan, but found them helpful. I will not be moving forward with counseling with Bryan because I would like to change to a female counselor, but Bryan was great.
Bryan is thoughtful, respectful, and compassionate. He listens you you and hears you. I would suggest Bryan as a counselor to my friends and family.
In the month that I have been seeing Bryan, I already feel like there is already a little less pressure and stress on my mind. I am very picky when it comes to my counselors and will move on right away if I don't feel like the fit is working for me. Bryan, is great at sympathizing with my feelings/expressions while helping me take a more realistic and logical view on my tendencies to overthink everything.
I am excited to continue our work together.
Bryan is a friendly, listener. He has helped me see how I can help to correct some relationships and the effects of these relationships in my life.
Bryan is a patient and empathetic listener with many words of wisdom to share. His advice and approach to setting and achieving goals is something that you will be able to refer to for years to come.
Bryan has a nice presence and positive, balanced and sincere energy in each session. His advice is thoughtful and I really benefitted from his consistent, helpful nature. I highly recommend Bryan. He is a dedicated, and experienced Counselor.
I’ve only had a few sessions but Bryan is thoughtful and has given me a good perspective.
Bryan has been a real pleasure to work with. He listens without judgement and strives to make you comfortable in sharing what's real in your experience. And he's good at coming back with insights you may never have considered on your own.
Bryan is incredibly helpful, kind, and funny. He is approachable and accessible. He makes counseling enjoyable, and kept me laughing (which I needed) even when times were tough. I’m grateful for his support!
I really appreciate what my counselor Mr. Bryan Young do for me. He has the insight. My partner and I had him for only 3 weeks but so many positive changes in my partner and I started to view many things in another whole new light. He makes sure we are ok individually first before even being a couples. My partner said Bryan is brilliant and would like to keep working with him. We both agreed on recommending Bryan for anyone. Thank you again.
Bryan is sincere, empathetic and a great listener. When you put all of those together, you wind up with a tier 1 communicator which equates to an excellent therapist.
He listens patiently and offers good advise.
I met Bryan as a whirlwind of self-defeating emotions coupled with a scary financial situation and feelings of worthlessness. Bryan walked with me and helped me peel back all my habits that have been amplifying my struggles. I have a lot of scary times and hard work ahead of me, but I am certain Bryan has shown me the right way to handle them
Bryan was able to recognize the difficulties I deal with and provide a clearer understanding for me in the first 40 minutes of speaking with him. He’s helped me begin develop a path to follow to aid me in my dealings with anxiety and I am most grateful.
I hate talking to people. Literally anyone who is a person besides my husband and grandparents. And I still don’t like building relationships but he has been an excellent and helpful and kind counselor.
Bryan is very patient and considerate but at the same time analytical. He'll try to walk you through things practically and logically while at the same time compassionately. He also has a good sense of humor, which I appreciate. The time I spent with him as my counselor was very helpful for my mental health.
Brian is a thoughtful listener and offers great ways of thinking, and approaching situations that helped me to better manage the things I was feeling on my own.
Bryan is very attentive and listens very well. He is very easy to talk to/with and I enjoy his conversations. Very safe space to express myself.
Bryan is a very helpful and compassionate counselor. In three sessions my life is back on track. I am super grateful.
