Bryna Bosley, LMSW
About me
You may know how you would like to feel when your concerns are addressed; if not, I will help you get there through self-exploration and self-awareness. Together, we will use evidence-based practices and trauma-informed approaches to develop better communication and coping skills.
I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced involvement with the foster care system, family separation, chronic illnesses, military deployments and readjustment, and sexual trauma/military sexual trauma.
When we take the major step of improving our mental health and self-care by seeking out support, there is still the fear that we may not be heard or understood. I have learned there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I recognize you are the expert on your life and experiences!
Therapy is a space designed to work for you; you get to set the pace. In our initial session, we will explore what brought you to the session and how you would like to function in the future. We will discuss some background information to begin to analyze patterns and stuck points.
