About me

I’m licensed in Colorado with 6 years of professional counseling experience. I help clients of all ages with stress and anxiety, LGBTQIA+ related issues, trauma, abuse, and all the other things life throws at us (sometimes all at once). I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion — and if you appreciate millennial humor, I’m not above a good ‘this is fine’ joke when it fits. I’ll tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to you and your needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage — so go ahead and be proud of yourself, it’s a big deal!

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Brynn Lay. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Brynn has been wonderful. She understands my issues and is working to adjust our interactions so that I get the most impact. She listens and has good advice and has suggested things that I didn't even consider within myself. Over the last few months I have felt less anxious and more in touch with myself than I ever have prior to therapy. I do not plan to stop anytime soon.
